Use of the service
Driftver grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the platform in accordance with your subscription agreement. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the engineering data and models you create using Driftver. Driftver retains all rights to the platform, its underlying technology, and any improvements to the service itself.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided as described in your agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Driftver is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Enterprise agreements may define additional terms. Contact legal@driftver.com for details.
